À la Carte Sessions for Clarity

À la carte services can help you address a particular issue or challenge head-on. We'll use the techniques and modalities you're comfortable with, whether it's dialogue, role play, reframing, thought-partnering – or maybe you'd like to take a quick look at your chart or pull some cards. 

Pop an email on over to me and I'll send out a short form to help us get to know each other. Sliding scale pricing applies. Payment in full before each session is required.

Life Coaching: My life coaching style is holistic and open-hearted but does not need to include metaphysical/spiritual tools. If those aren't your thing, this is for you!

Tarot Coaching:* Different from a tarot reading, we'll look at the cards as a point of departure for exploring a particular situation and determining action steps. In a Tarot Coaching session, the focus will be on what you take away from the cards pulled, not traditional card meanings.

Tarot Reading:* We'll chat about your goals for the time together and devise a direction or theme for pulling some cards. You'll leave with action steps and clarity.

Birth Chart Exploration:*

  • Birth Chart Deep Dive: A 90 minute deep dive on your birth chart, covering Houses, Signs, Planets, and the most significant aspects. Great for self-reflection and growth! 

  • Situational Insights/Astro-Coaching: We’ll look at your chart for insight into a particular issue or situation. It's helpful but not necessary to do a Deep Dive first, but you’ll leave with action steps either way.

Coaching Programs

1-Month Accountability Blast:* 4 weekly sessions designed around a project or a goal. Ideal for developing a creative or contemplative practice, changing habits, or preparing for professional growth. 

3-Month Transformation:* 12 weekly sessions to guide you towards connecting with your higher self and creating and sustaining long-term positive change. The structure is wide open: come with a set goal or we'll build a program together. (Note: I strongly recommend a regular weekly session time. We will schedule all sessions before we begin. All sessions must be completed within 4 months of session 1.)

Journey Through Your Chart:* A 14-session package that unpacks the complexity and potential of each of 12 areas of your life, using the Houses in your birth chart as a guide. After a Birth Chart Deep Dive, we'll spend 12 highly individualized sessions maximizing your potential for growth and transformation in each House, according to your goals. You'll receive personalized journal questions, activity suggestions, and accountability checklists after each session. A final follow-up session allows for reflection and next steps. (Note: I strongly recommend a regular weekly or biweekly session. We will schedule all sessions before we begin. All sessions must be completed within 5 months of the Birth Chart Deep Dive.) 

*We can integrate different modalities and tools into the frameworks for these programs according to your interests and what will best serve your situation and goals. This is something we will discuss before we begin. No medical, legal, financial, or third-party use of spiritual or metaphysical modalities allowed.

Combining any/all modalities at a cadence that is right for you, and always personalized, this is the boutique coaching experience. This can also include email and voice recording or Voxer check-ins at a cadence we agree on before we start.
